How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to your cart, check the quantities, and go to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a shipping method, and make payment. Once your order is complete, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order number.

If you’re unsure about which product to buy, you can message us through the Contact Us page before ordering.

Can I add or remove items from my cart?

Yes. You can change quantities or remove items at any time before checkout. Open your cart and adjust using the + or – buttons, or click “Remove.”

Once you’ve completed checkout, we can only amend your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can order as a guest. Setting up an account just makes future orders faster and lets you track your past purchases in one place.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us through the Contact Us form as soon as possible. Once it’s left our warehouse, we can’t make changes or cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.

Do you offer trade accounts or bulk discounts?

Yes. We supply both trade and retail customers. If you’re buying in bulk or placing regular orders, fill in the form on our Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you with trade pricing.

How do I know which geotextile membrane I need?

Think about what you’re using it for:

  • For weed control and garden borders: go for a lightweight non-woven membrane.
  • For driveways, car parks, or under gravel: choose a heavy-duty woven membrane.
  • For drainage or soil filtration: use a fleece (non-woven) membrane.

What’s the difference between woven and non-woven membranes?

  • Woven membranes are strong, rigid, and ideal for load-bearing areas such as driveways or under paving.
  • Non-woven membranes are softer, slightly thicker, and used mainly for drainage and filtration (e.g., soakaways, landscaping, or turfing).

Can membranes stop weeds?

Yes, when installed correctly. Clear the area of weeds first, overlap each sheet by at least 300 mm, and pin it securely with fixing pegs. Any gaps or loose edges will let weeds through.

Can I cut membranes to size?

Yes. You can easily cut them with a sharp knife or scissors. Always measure twice before cutting to avoid waste, and cut on a flat surface.

Can membranes be used under gravel, soil, or paving slabs?

Yes. They’re made for exactly that. The membrane separates the ground from the top material, keeps the base stable, and improves drainage.

Do you sell pegs and accessories?

Yes. We sell fixing pegs, jointing tape, and other accessories to secure your membrane. You’ll find these on our Accessories page.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Most of our membranes are made from recyclable polypropylene or polyester. They’re designed for long-term use, so you don’t need to replace them often.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes. All our products come with manufacturer-backed warranties covering material defects when used correctly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Trade customers can request invoice payment terms via our Contact Us page.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments go through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store or see your card details.

Can I pay on delivery?

No. Orders must be paid for in full before we can ship them.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Your VAT invoice is automatically emailed once your order is confirmed, and it’s also available in your online account if you have one.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer standard and express delivery across the UK.

  • Smaller items are sent by tracked courier.
  • Larger or heavier orders are sent on pallets.
  • You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are shown at checkout. They depend on the order weight, size, and postcode. Larger or remote-area deliveries may cost more.

Do you deliver to Highlands, Islands, or remote areas?

Yes. Some areas take longer or cost more, but we can deliver anywhere in the UK.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can collect from our Wallasey warehouse by arrangement. Contact us before travelling to make sure your order is ready.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can follow your delivery on the courier’s website.

What if my delivery is late?

Start by checking your tracking link. If there’s no update or the parcel looks stuck, contact us using the Contact Us page and we’ll check it with the courier.

Can the courier leave my parcel in a safe place?

Yes, but please note it’s at your risk. Pallet deliveries always require someone to be there to receive and sign.

Return products

What’s your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving them as long as they’re in a clean, resealable condition. Contact us through the Contact Us page to start a return.

We can’t accept returns on custom-cut or bespoke products.

How do I return an item?

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the return address and instructions. Pack the items securely so they arrive back in good condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we’ve sent the wrong item or it’s damaged, we’ll cover the cost. For other returns, you’ll need to arrange and pay for the return postage.

What if my order is damaged or missing items?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within five working days of the returned items being received and checked.

Installation and Maintenance

How do I install a geotextile membrane?

  1. Clear the area of weeds, stones, and debris.
  2. Level and compact the ground.
  3. Roll out the membrane and overlap sheets by at least 300 mm.
  4. Secure with ground pegs or weights.
  5. Cover the membrane with gravel, soil, or paving as required.

If you’re installing under a driveway or patio, make sure the membrane sits between your sub-base and soil for stability.

Do membranes need maintenance?

No. Once covered, they’re maintenance-free. If exposed, check occasionally for wear or debris buildup.

Can I reuse a membrane?

Yes, if it’s undamaged. Inspect it first for tears or contamination before reusing.

Can I join multiple sheets together?

Yes. Overlap by 300 mm and use fixing pegs or jointing tape to stop soil or gravel from seeping through the joins.
