Processing and dispatch
- Orders received before 11:00 am (palletised) or 2:00 pm (parcel) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after these cut off times, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery options
We offer two main delivery services across the UK mainland:
- Standard Delivery (1 to 3 Working Days), included as standard on most orders.
- Next Working Day Delivery, available on many products for orders placed before the daily cut off.
Please note: Next Working Day delivery is not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is under the control of our delivery partners.
Carriers used
We use trusted national carriers including DPD, DX and major pallet networks depending on order size and location.
Smaller parcels, under 1.5 kg, may be sent by Royal Mail First or Second Class.
Pallet deliveries
- Pallet orders are delivered on vehicles ranging from 7.5 tonne to articulated trucks.
- If your site has restricted access, please notify us in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle, a surcharge may apply.
- Tail lift and pump truck offload can be provided to the nearest safe, flat point, often kerbside.
- Offload times are limited to 1 hour. If this is exceeded, demurrage charges may apply.
- For multi pallet or full load deliveries, offload equipment, for example a forklift, must be available on site.
Receiving your delivery
- Inspect goods upon arrival. If any part of your order is damaged or missing, do not sign for or accept the delivery. Ask the driver to record the issue and contact us immediately.
- Signing for goods as received in good condition may make it difficult to raise a claim later.
- If damage is discovered after acceptance, email us promptly with photos and details so we can investigate.
Missed or failed deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available:
- The carrier may leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery.
- Re delivery charges may apply, typically 50 to 100% of the original delivery cost.
- You can also request collection from the carrier’s local depot where available.
Delivery surcharges
Surcharges may apply if:
- Your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, for example Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland.
- Your delivery point has restricted access or requires a smaller vehicle.
If not disclosed at checkout, additional fees may be required before dispatch.
Order tracking
Tracking details, where available, are sent automatically by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking details or your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us so we can check with the carrier.
