Elite EuroTrak HD 2 Way Connector

The Elite EuroTrak HD 2 Way Connector is a purpose-designed fixing used exclusively with EuroTrak Heavy Duty Access Mats. It provides a secure mechanical connection between adjacent mats, helping to prevent movement, lifting and separation during use.

The connector is installed beneath the corner holes of each mat and secured from the top using bolts and washers. This creates a strong joint while allowing a controlled amount of flex, which helps reduce stress on mat edges when subjected to movement from heavy plant, vehicles and machinery.

Connecting EuroTrak mats improves overall surface stability and reduces trip hazards, particularly on uneven ground or where mats are exposed to repeated trafficking. It also helps maintain alignment across access routes, working areas and temporary car parks.

Installation is straightforward and does not require specialist equipment. Standard hand tools such as spanners, a wrench or a battery operated drill can be used. Air drills are not recommended, as over-tightening can restrict movement and increase the risk of damage, particularly during temperature changes.

This connector is supplied as standard in recycled HDPE with steel bolts and washers. It is designed specifically for the EuroTrak system and should not be used with other access mat types.
